My foundation for delivering integrated client success is built on proven operational experience. I spent nearly 30 years as an officer in the Irish Defence Forces, which provided me with the insights, trust, loyalty, and the power of human connection under pressure. My domestic military experience was greatly enhanced by 5 years of United Nations service abroad, working with a diverse range of collaborating nations and cultures to achieve peace and stability.
In line with my continuing commitment to CPD, my career development has also been academically accredited. I have been awarded Leadership and Management (MA) and MBA awards, and have enhanced my professional skills with professional certifications including Coaching, HR (CIPD), as well as Employment Law and Training & Education.
Following my military career, I applied these core skills in senior People Management roles across Global manufacturing and distribution businesses like Nelipak Packaging and Dubarry of Ireland.
